Roses

Roses are my favorite flowers
The come in so many pretty colors
Peach, yellow, pink, and red
Grow inside my garden bed

They smell like sweet perfume
When they come into bloom
In my house they make it cheery
Instead of dark and dreary

Their petals feel like soft velvet
Even though they're very delicate
I hope to hold them all one day
In a beautiful bridal bouquet
