There are few concepts as beautiful and personal as poetry. No one poet is consider the best, because there are so many opinions and views on what romantic love poem / poetry is the best.

However, there are some famous romantic poems that have been in our culture and lives for generations. Each of these love poems are brought to life by the poet. These artistic pieces of romantic poetry are part of our heritage, and each represents our heart, our country, and our love.

Emily Dickinson was one of America’s most popular love poets with such poems as “A Charm Invests A Face”, “Come Slowly”, and “Heart, We Will Forget Him”. Of course, no romantic canon would be complete without adding Oscar Wilde with such romantic poems as “Helas”, “Her Voice”, and “To My Wife”.
